The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) hosted a workshop on “Introduction to Immersive AR and VR Technologies” on October 21, 2024. The session was delivered by Mr. Visweswaran J, Country Manager of ARK Infosolutions.
During the workshop, participants explored the applications of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies in real-time solutions. Mr. Visweswaran highlighted the differences between these technologies and provided an in-depth look at various use cases for each, showcasing their potential across different industries and their use cases.
