Guest Talk- Cyber Security
he Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) organized a guest talk “Introduction to Cyber Security: Key Concepts and Essential Practices” on November 11, 2024. The session was delivered by Mr. Anil B P Rao, Vice President – Delivery and Operations at Rezilyens Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The primary objective of the session was to provide a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity and the evolving nature of cybercrimes in India. The discussion revealed that the scope of cybercrime is far broader than commonly perceived, demanding a more serious and proactive approach. Mr. Rao’s insights offered valuable guidance on navigating and safeguarding the digital realm, equipping participants with essential strategies to enhance their cyber resilience.
