On the 12th of January, the second-year CSE (Data Science) students along with Dr. Kumar B I D – Professor and Mr. Vijay Kumar R– Asst. Professor had the opportunity to visit iTriangle Telematics Solutions, a prominent company specializing in telematic devices and solutions. The visit provided valuable insights into the cutting-edge technologies and services offered by the company. Itriangle Infotech Pvt Ltd, established over 14 years ago, has positioned itself as a key player in the industry, contributing to safer roads, secure human lives, and increased productivity for enterprises. The company proudly claims to be the largest telematics maker in India, with an impressive deployment of over 800,000 devices and serving a diverse clientele of more than 300 customers, including 20,000 electric vehicle devices. The company’s vision aligns with the national initiative of “Atma Nirbhaar Bharat,” aiming to be at the forefront of mobility and the Internet of Things (IoT). The presentation highlighted the pivotal role of telematics in the transport sector, with government mandates emphasizing its importance for ensuring safer transportation. Mr. Sunil Kumar S K, Sr. Vice President, of Itriangle provided an overview of the company’s core functions, including vehicle tracking, fleet management, driver behavior monitoring, vehicle diagnostics, IoT integration, asset tracking, electric vehicle solutions, compliance telematics, and the provision of customized solutions catering to various industry needs.
