Outreach Program on Living with Technology
On November 26, as part of our Outreach Program, a Guest Talk on ‘Living with Technology’ was conducted for the students of Government High School, Gunjur. Led by Prof. Ashwini G B and supported by students from the 3rd and 5th semesters, the program aimed to introduce the world of technology and its practical applications.
The session, designed to accommodate learners of all levels, ensured even beginners could grasp modern programming concepts. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 170 students, who gained valuable insights into the evolving technological landscape and the growing risks of cyber threats.
Through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations, our students illuminated the challenges and opportunities in today’s tech-driven world. They also guided participants on creating emails and dealing with cyber threats, offering hands-on experience to reinforce their learning.
This initiative, under the guidance of Prof. Ashwini GB, provided an immersive and enlightening experience, equipping students with essential skills to navigate the digital age confidently.
